Fusili

The name  of the all screwed up Pasta. Yeah Fusili. The word fusilli presumably comes from fuso, as traditionally it is "spun" by pressing and rolling a small rod over the thin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape.

Teriyaki sauce

Teriyaki sauce is a popular Japanese sauce. Teriyaki is a way of cooking using this sauce which adds glaze. This sauce is usually used as a stir fry sauce or thickened for a few more minutes it is the perfect teriyaki glaze for brushing on meat for the oven or grill.

Sambhal Oelek

Sambhal Oelek is of South East Asian origin. Sambal is a hot sauce typically made from a mixture of variety of chilli peppers with secondary ingredients such as shrimp paste, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, shallot, scallion, palm sugar, lime juice, and rice vinegar or other vinegars. 

Sichuan pepper

Sichuan pepper is really neither chilly nor pepper. Its unique taste gives the Szechuan cuisine its signature flavour. Also known as Chinese coriander, a commonly used spice in Chinese, Tibetan, Nepali, and Indian cuisine, is derived from at least two species of the global genus.
