Koong thod

Koong thod

A traditional recipe from Thailand, Koong Thod ( Prawns) is eaten as an appetizer. It is crispy and much less spicier than usual Thai dishes. Koong is the Thai word for Prawns /shrimp. The dish is cooked with or without the shell on as desired. Some like to eat shell and all, say it is healthier.  This dish uses a classic Thai preparation method.
